Shipping within Canada

Free shipping across Canada on orders over $150 CAD.

From time to time, Mike Watch Trader offers limited-time free shipping promotions with no minimum purchase. These promotions are temporary and announced on our website and social media.

All domestic shipments include a tracking number and require an adult signature on delivery. Mike Watch Trader is not responsible for packages that go undelivered because the recipient was absent after two failed delivery attempts.

Free return label available exclusively to customers in the province of Quebec. This label is valid only for returns pre-authorized by Mike Watch Trader and may not be used for any other purpose.

Estimated delivery times within Canada are 3 to 7 business days, depending on the region and the carrier selected. These are estimates only; Mike Watch Trader does not guarantee specific delivery dates, as they depend on the carrier.

International shipping

Mike Watch Trader ships to the following countries:

  • North America: Canada, United States and Mexico
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom
  • Asia and Middle East: Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates
  • Oceania: Australia and New Zealand

International shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and the carrier selected.

All international shipments include:

  • A tracking number
  • Adult signature required at destination
  • Basic insurance included in the shipping cost

Taxes, duties and customs fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mike Watch Trader cannot predict or control these costs, which vary by country and local law. Refusing a package because of customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of the product or the shipping cost.

International delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and the service selected. Delays caused by customs, weather or circumstances beyond Mike Watch Trader's control are not the company's responsibility.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Every watch is inspected, photographed and securely packed before shipping to make sure it arrives in the same condition in which it was listed.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Mike Watch Trader will open a claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf. The claim process can take 15 to 30 business days depending on the carrier.

Mike Watch Trader cannot guarantee a refund or replacement until the carrier has resolved the claim. We recommend keeping all order documentation and photographing the package on arrival if you notice any external damage.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Mike Watch Trader is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost because of incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Restrictions

Mike Watch Trader reserves the right not to ship to certain countries or regions due to logistical restrictions, conflict situations, international sanctions, or at the company's discretion.
